About Us

Who we are

The Child Protection Office (CPO) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit established to help prevent and respond to concerns of child maltreatment. We offer services directly, as well as indirectly in conjunction with both professional and governmental agencies.

If you have any questions or concerns, would like to schedule a training for your community, or want to assist with child protection services, please contact us.

Education

Education enables everyone to make a difference! Education is necessary to prevent and stop abuse. When adults know what to look for and what to do, children are safer. When children know who to go to and how to communicate, they aid in putting a stop to harmful treatment.

To learn more yourself or to arrange training for your community, see our Resources page. If you’d like to book the CPO for training, contact us. We offer training for various groups, from community members to management and leaders, because everyone makes a difference in the protection of children.

Screening

Screening is a service we offer to help management make informed choices about who resides on your property, who is employed by, and who holds a role of authority with your organization.

Supporting Local Child Protection

We support local child protection by assisting in the organization and maintenance of Child Protection Volunteers to serve your local organization.

Dedication

The Child Protection Office efforts are dedicated to His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. It is by his grace that we are able to serve Vaisnava children. And to all the children, past, present and future, may you be protected within and without.

Mission

To help protect children from abuse and neglect through increased awareness; to provide an objective resource; and to help create safer community.
